The traffic is thick, the pressure builds and the image slips between fragile alienation and rising tension. As the car summits the pass into the Santa Clarita mountains a billboard advertises the concept of Home.
The scene snaps to an empty suburban street, where sprinklers water furiously. The woman walks into the frame, and with determination selects a sprinkler, locates and mounts it in an ultimate act of resistance, rebellion and bliss.
